I hold a Master’s degree in Psychosynthesis Psychology and am trained in Trauma-Informed Stabilisation Treatment (TIST), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and Psychosexual Therapy. Individual therapy
I am aware that for many it’s a big step to seek the help and support of a therapist. Sometimes when faced with emotional conflicts, such as depression, relationship issues, anxiety or a stressful situation, making any decision can be difficult. Part of my commitment to creating a safe environment is to work with you at a manageable pace that you are in control of.
My starting point is always to establish a relationship with you which feels safe and supportive. Then together we can start looking at what’s important to you.
couples therapy
Life together can bring many joys and opportunities for positive growth, yet it is often accompanied by difficulties and challenges. I believe almost every couple can benefit from therapy through the many phases and stages of a relationship.
Couples therapy is a way to identify challenges and destructive patterns in the relationship so that each partner can hold him/herself accountable for their part in it and make the necessary repair(s).
Couples Intensive
What if months of therapy could happen in days?
A Couples Intensive offers a focused alternative to weekly therapy, bringing together therapy and coaching in a dedicated block of time, from a half day to one, two, or three full days. This immersive format allows us to move beyond the limits of shorter sessions, working more deeply with the patterns that keep you stuck while building more connected and collaborative ways of relating. Whether you are in crisis, at an impasse, or wanting to invest more fully in your relationship, an intensive creates the space for meaningful insight, repair, and lasting change.
Relationship Bootcamp
There may be no simple formula for a happy relationship, but there is a faster way to learn what works. The Relationship Bootcamp is a focused, two-day immersive workshop for individuals and couples ready for real change. You’ll learn practical skills to move beyond conflict, build trust, and reconnect in meaningful, lasting ways.
Many people feel stuck in familiar patterns, caught in the same arguments or feeling unheard and disconnected. This workshop offers a reset, giving you practical tools, a shared language, and a deeper understanding of how to relate differently. In just two days, you can begin shifting long-standing dynamics and rebuilding connection.
How we work together, step by step.
Moving Towards an Ending
When the time feels right, we reflect on the work we’ve done and bring it to a planned and thoughtful ending, supporting you to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Deepening the Work
As trust develops, we gently explore patterns, experiences, and emotions at a pace that feels manageable for you.
Reaching Out
Taking the first step can feel significant. You’re welcome to get in touch by email or arrange a free 15-minute call.
Meeting Each Other
We begin with an initial session to explore what’s bringing you here and to see if working together feels right.
Starting Regular Sessions
If we decide to work together, we agree a regular weekly or fortnightly time, creating a consistent and supportive space for the work to unfold.
"Don't be afraid. Change is hard at first, messy in the middle and worth it in the end", said the Butterfly.
Dolma has a great way of bringing humour to situations, which allows me to detach and see things in a more lighthearted way. I have felt supported by her during some very challenging times and in the process of finding my own path in life.

My therapy with Dolma provided a space for me to explore some deeply painful memories and work through them. I am now able to accept the past and let go of its control over me. Going through this process with a psychotherapist who supported me at all times with warmth, insight, and understanding made all the difference.

Dolma brings a combination of gentle empathy and insightful questioning to encourage me to look at things differently and ‘with curiosity’... I would definitely recommend her as a therapist ... she brings a lovely warmth and humour to the sessions and the effect is that I feel safe making changes in small, manageable steps.
